I received this Umbrella from seller HomeTools. For the compact size when folded, I was surprised at how full it was when opened.  It is enough to keep both my son and myself dry.  Seeing the colorful changes when it was wet was cheerful and will brighten everyone’s day. It folds back down and can easily fit in your purse, side pocket of backpacks, and some jacket pockets. The only struggle I had was when I went to wrap it back tightly so I could connect the Velcro.

Pros: Large for such a compact size. Colorful, and cheerful.

Cons: a little difficulty to quickly wrap and secure with the Velcro

Overall: Great product and I will definitely look at their products again.

Solar Charger

I received from seller PowerMate Solar Charger. First thing I liked about it was the rubber protection surrounding the charger providing shock resistance, which is good since my pre-teen will still it and drops everything.. The instructions explained that each bar was 20% so if you had 5 bars then it was 100% charged. I saw that it had 2 UBS port to charge multiple devices, which will allow him to charge his iPad and iPhone at the same time.  There was a C clamp and a designed place to attach it and now you can attach to backpack/purse strap. If it is hanging on backpack and you are outside it of bag, it will be able to charge from the sunlight. Also is water-resistant, so if it starts to rain, you can get it and it won’t be dead because it got a little wet.

Since it can charge in sunlight, my son can drain us phone during the day and plug it in to the charger and place in on his bag in the sunlight while he is at Lacrosse practice. He will have enough charge now to call us if practice is ending early, going longer, or if there is a problem.

 

Pros: Shock resistance from drops, water resistant, can charge from outlet or sunlight, able to charge 2 devices via USB outlets. The rubber surrounding also covers the outlets when not in use providing protection from water, able to hang on backpack so it charges while you walk outside

Cons: takes 40 hours of sunlight to charge.

Overall: Great for someone who is walking around campus, or camping. They would be able to charge some what which would allow them to keep some charge to their phone in case of emergency.

I love the electric blue/black color of this headset. Its small and lightweight measuring about 2" tall and 1.5" wide including earpiece. The ear bar actually swings a little bit back and forth to adjust to your ear. It easily paired with 2 devices. It has great sound quality and phone calls sound good to without interference or static.

You can listen to music and it will pause the music when you receive a call. It comes 3 different eartips sizes allowing you to find the perfect fit for you. It is designed to be worn on the right ear. Has excellent quality, great sound, easy to use and quick to charge. This is a great headset and I would recommend it.  I am sensitive to things that most would not notice. I noticed it if I listen to music for a while, I start to feel some warmth in my ear, my family does not notice any issues.

Pros: Easy to sync to 2 devices. Easy to adjust.  Easy to answer calls.

Cons: if sensitive you may feel some warmth while using.

Overall: Great for phone calls and listening to music.

LUX Essentials Whiskey Diamonds - Set of 9 Hand Made Diamond Shaped Whiskey Stones, Scotch Rocks or Wine Chillers

 

I received a set of 9 Hand Made Diamond Shaped Whiskey Stones. They arrived on time in a nice box. Once I opened the lid I found a very sweet note thanking me for my business and offer to answer any questions I may have and available to solve any problems I may have. Very nice, classic touch, most companies now do not thank you for your business. Most businesses figure if you don’t like it there are plenty of others out there that they can sell to.

They came with a cute black velvet bag to place them in so as to keep them together in the freezer. The stones work perfectly. I am thinking of ordering more, they are perfect for parties. I love the fact that they keep your drinks cold without watering them down, which is a serious issue when you drink as slow as I do, drinks tend to get watered down before you finish. Freezing for 24 hours before use makes sure they are completely cold.

Pros: Easy to clean. Freeze well and keeps drinks cold without watering them down. 9 sides means more surface area that cools liquids better than only 6 sides.

Cons:  None that I have found.

Foot compression sleeve

I bought this Foot Compression Sleeve from seller Ayuvana. I sometimes suffer from inflamed Achilles tendon and heel spurs. These feel wonderful. I bought the large because depending on brand, type and style of shoes I can wear anything from an 7 ½ to a 9. 

They went on loose and I was afraid that maybe I should have gotten the smaller size, but after being on my feet for 3 ½ hours, I could feel this tightening on my feet.  After 4 hours they felt like they were digging into me so that I had to stop what I was doing and take them off immediately. If I was normal this would not have happened but I have an issue with things touching my skin over extended periods of time, whether or not they were tight to begin with, I can not sleep with regular socks on because they start of loose and end up tight. I spent the day on my fee and my heels did not hurt me.  They provide great support for your ankles and believe me I can use all the help I can get. I fell down half a dozen concrete steps last summer and ended up with a extremely high ankle sprain (put me in a tall boot) for 8 weeks and then another 12 weeks in an ankle brace. There have been times, especially at school walking up and down stairs, my ankles start to bother me and I want my brace back, wearing these I did not want my ankle brace back.

Pros: easy to care for, easy to get on and off. Helps support your ankles.

Cons:  If you have pressure sensitivity you may not like these.

Overall: Great product and I will definitely recommend their products to others.

Car power adapter

I purchased this super quick car charger from seller BlitzWolf at a greatly reduced rate. It truly is extremely fast at charging. I have purchased several car chargers, including the phone that is specially designed for my phone and have never had them charge this fast. On others I can plug my phone in before leaving the house to drop my son off at school before heading to my own classes, if I am lucky I will have gained 3% charge, with this charger from Blitz my iPhone 6 charge was almost double, it went to about 5%, and that is without it using the supercharge connection, which is not able to be used with apple products.

Pros: Even without using the quick charge, phones charge quicker

Cons: the quickest charge is only for QC2.0 products.

Overall: Great product and I will definitely look at their products again.

Pizza Cutter by Kitchen Complement

The Kitchen Complement - Pizza Cutter is as depicted in the photos and described in the specifications. It is a generic product marketed under the Kitchen Complement brand.

The very sharp stainless steel wheel easily cuts through thin and thick crusts in a smooth even roll. The protective handle guard is an added and effective safety component. The blade has a large enough wheel to allow it to cut through deep dish pizza without having your hand (or the middle of the blade) to dip into the toppings. The guide/rest while perfectly acceptable to most, my husband does not like it.

It is easy to clean by hand or in the dishwasher.

AUMI Heavy Duty Rugged Dual Layered iPhone 5 Case

I got this case for my son, and he says "it is one of the best cases he has used." He really likes the style of the case. It is rugged, and seems to give extra protection for his new iPhone 5c. We have tried other cases for his iPhone 5 but he said of all of them, this one is his favorite.

This case is High quality, Heavy duty, easy to use, no struggle with putting it on my phone and taking it off my phone, unlike most phone cases i have tried it can be a struggle easy access to all function buttons on phone due to the precisely cut openings.

My son really likes the kickstand on the back to have that hands free option to his phone.  He is a klutz of the first order just like his mother and so he drops his phone on a regular basis and this case has survived quiet nicely.
