Biggest little lunch box

I purchased from seller Aosbos, Lunch box tote. I am always on the lookout for large insolated lunch bags. My son has always had a healthy appetite and I want to make sure his lunch stays cold. I do not like my drinks warm and I will not make him have his warm either. In Kindergarten, my son would take grapes, apples, bananas, yogurt (both spoon and drinkables), bottle of juice, jelly sandwich, peanut butter sandwich (he did not want PB&J, he wanted them separate), a couple of cookies, or a small brownie.
When we would put them in separate containers so nothing would get squished it would take a hardsided, 12+ can cooler to fit everything. He would rarely have leftovers and if he did have any, it was his after school snack before we would pick him up in after school care. Now that he is going into 8th grade, he still has a healthy appetite. It is cheaper to send in food than have him buy, because he ends up paying for 2 meals sometimes at $2.25 per meal. Now instead of PB or J he wants turkey on white bread. Instead of drinkable yogurt he wants a soda or juice. Standard size lunch boxes just will not hold everything and let you put ice packs to insure it stays cold.

Pros:
  • Available in feminine designs
  • The red with white dots is not too feminine for men
  • Large 9.5x7x6
  • Large openings for good containers, do not have to put them on their sides to get them in
  • Can fit 5 16.9 oz bottles with loose ice or 8 12oz cans with ice packs (I use some medical ice packs, and some that came with food items delivered by FedEx/UPS)
  • Perfect for taking a few soft drinks to the drive-inPerfect for anyone’s lunch appeCompact, able to fold up, if empty, after lunch or outing
  • Stitching seems to be sturdy and tight with no stray strings
  • Easy to zip and unzip with a nice rubber pull tab
  • Washes easily when needed

Cons:
  •  Will leak as ice melts unless you put it in baggies taking up room
  • Short handles
  • no shoulder strap

Overall:
Great size for carrying lunch in for a healthy appetite.  Collapsible once empty making it easy to slip in purse/backpack or back of seat in car to carry home. Easy to clean. Keeps things cold. Unless you want to make sure the men/boys in your life, can take anything their co-workers/classmates/friends may dish out, stick with the red with white polka dots, or you want to make sure they leave it alone for you. Sometimes the feminine deterrent will let you be able to keep something to yourself, and
know exactly how clean it is because you were the last to use it.

DISCLAIMER:  I received lunch box tote at a discounted price in exchange for giving my honest opinion. I do not have a relationship with the seller and manufacturer of this product.
